This piece was done in the early 90’s as part of a trilogy of U of M sports venues; Williams Arena and the old Mariucci Arena being the other two. Some of the best memories for me as a kid were going to the games at Memorial with my dad. Like many people, I was disappointed not to have that experience for the last twenty-five years. Tearing this place down was regrettable.
