The Copper Country Youth Hockey Endowment in cooperation with the Keweenaw County Foundation commissioned this painting to celebrate hockey in Michigan’s Upper Penninsula.  Money raised from the print sales will help area youth with hockey expenses.  The backdrop for this piece features the historic Portage Lake Lift Bridge which links the cities of Houghton and Hancock Michigan.
